Write the brief before the caption

Record the audience, the question the post answers and the action a reader should take. Distinguish education, evidence and an offer. A strong brief links to the supporting source or approved customer example instead of asking a writer to invent proof.

Make approval a visible state

Keep the draft, asset, reviewer and intended publication date together. Use separate states for draft, changes requested, approved and published. A scheduled post is not necessarily published; keep the final live URL when it is available.

Connect replies to the right team

Decide who answers comments and direct enquiries. When someone asks for help, collect the minimum context needed for a follow-up and move it into your normal lead process with appropriate consent. Do not copy private conversations into public planning documents.

Measure the action you intended

Compare outcomes against the brief: useful visits, completed enquiries or conversations accepted by sales. Reach and clicks are context, not proof of revenue. Use consistent campaign labels and a repeatable review window so comparisons remain meaningful. This guide is a workflow resource, not a claim that Dood provides a native social publishing platform.

Keep the workflow connected.
