DOOD / IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
CRM implementation built around your team
Turn scattered contacts, spreadsheets and handoffs into a CRM your team can use with confidence.
EXPLORE THE WORKFLOW
Find the gap
Buying software leaves the difficult decisions unresolved: who owns a record, what each stage means, which data moves and how the team knows the migration is complete.
See a practical example
For a service enquiry, agree the contact fields, assign an owner and define the next action. Import a sample of existing enquiries, inspect duplicates and verify that the assigned team can see only the records they need.
Define success
Track missing next actions, user adoption and time spent locating information against an agreed baseline.
Built for your working day
Teams moving from spreadsheets or replacing a CRM that no longer fits their sales and delivery process.
What we work through together
- A requirements and field-mapping document
- A configured sample workflow with access roles
- Migration reconciliation and rejected-record review
- Team handover and agreed acceptance tests
Before the workflow goes live
- Imported totals reconcile with the approved source
- Duplicate rules preserve useful history
- A new user can complete the core workflow
- A rollback and support owner are recorded
Systems and integration scope
We assess the CRM and the systems around it during discovery. Existing databases, email, documents and accounting may need mapping, API access or a staged import. Connector availability and licence costs are confirmed in the scope.
Can you migrate everything at once?
A sample migration comes first. We agree the records, attachments and history in scope, test a sample, and reconcile the result before scheduling the wider move.
How much does implementation cost?
Implementation is quoted after discovery. Configuration, migration, integrations, training and ongoing support are scoped separately from software subscriptions and provider charges. A free prototype does not commit you to a subscription.
What should I prepare?
Bring one process, the systems it touches and an example of where work gets stuck. We agree a focused prototype and the information needed to evaluate it.
