Where work gets fragmented
Different stores and systems can describe the same customer or transaction differently. Manual exports delay context and make performance comparisons difficult.
DOOD / INDUSTRY WORKFLOWS
Connect customer context, store transactions and reporting through an agreed integration design.
FOLLOW THE HANDOFF
Illustrative workflow: a transaction carries a store reference and customer match into the CRM. Unknown customer references enter a review queue. Finance remains the owner of financial amounts and corrections.
Different stores and systems can describe the same customer or transaction differently. Manual exports delay context and make performance comparisons difficult.
Begin with one store or a bounded transaction sample. Agree customer matching, returns, cancellations, refresh frequency and access. Test reconciliation against the POS before expanding.
The existing project narrative describes Zoho CRM, TruPOS and reporting integration. New implementations require their own scope and baseline; no result is guaranteed.
Published Unicorn Infosolutions project narrative ↗Only after reviewing its API, export access, licence terms and supported data. A connector for one POS does not prove support for another.
Agree a baseline before rollout: unmatched records, incomplete handoffs, response time and manual preparation effort. Keep the reporting period and source definitions consistent. Review exceptions with the people responsible for the work.
Classification or drafting may be considered after the core process works. Approved source information, scoped access and a human review path come first. Start with the AI readiness assessment rather than assuming an autonomous assistant is required.
